Welcome to our May Fundraising Campaign, where we join the global community in recognizing "Mental Health Awareness Month." All throughout May, we're hosting a series of events aimed at raising funds and awareness for mental health support.
Check out the events below and join us for some fundraising fun! Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community.
On May 2nd, prepare to laugh and support a great cause at our Comedy Show Fundraiser. It's an evening filled with laughter and camaraderie, all while contributing to vital mental health services. In order for SFCS to get fundraising credit, tickets MUST be purchased in advanced of the show. For more information about the show or to purchase tickets, please click below.
As the month progresses, mark your calendars for Thursday, May 30th, when we partner with Iron Hill Brewery in Phoenixville for Give 20. Dine with us at Iron Hill Brewery, and 20% of your bill will directly benefit our counseling services, ensuring individuals receive the support they need.
Back by popular demand, our Basket Raffle Fundraiser returns to SFCS throughout May. With an array of exciting prizes up for grabs, it's an opportunity to win big while making a difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health challenges. Please donate to help provide much-needed services to our community.
It is our constant goal to help those in the community with mental health needs and substance abuse concerns. Last year, SFCS met the mental health and substance abuse needs of 387 individuals, couples & families. Given the volatility of the economy and the effects of the global pandemic, there has been a greater need for support services than ever before. Some members of our community have experienced reductions in income and employment, adding to the on-going changes of family, school & day-to-day life. If a client is unable to afford much needed counseling, we do our best to help temporarily fund in one way or another. However, we are extremely limited with how much we can assist due to being a non-profit organization. Donations allow SFCS to provide sessions at reduced rates so that a person or family has the opportunity to get the help they need. Grant writing and fundraising are the two ways we are able to add money to our sliding scale fund.
If you are able to donate, please click below for information. Thank you for helping us help others!
