ADULT MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOP
Monday, August 4th at 6:30pmRenée J. Cardone, MSW from Spring-Ford Counseling Services will be visiting the Royersford Library to present on adult mental health challenges and loneliness. Loneliness has recently been labeled a national epidemic. The program will focus on what this means and what to do about it. This program is designed for adults. Registration is requested but not required.

NURTURING OUR MENTAL HEALTH DURING COVID-19Trauma Research Foundation and Dr. Bessel van der Kolk present how we can nurture our mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a time such as this, when we are in lockdown in response to the crisis, and may be filled with uncertainty, lack of predictability and helplessness, it is critical to confront our disastrous situation in the light of established and evolving knowledge about the origins and treatment of traumatic stress.
